I help schools, nonprofits, and youth-serving organizations turn strong ideas into thoughtful, well-executed programs, from workshops and multi-site initiatives to large-scale events, career experiences, and overnight college tours.
My work combines strategy, logistics, participant insight, curriculum development, facilitation, and evaluation. The result is programming that is meaningful for young people and manageable for the teams responsible for delivering it.

Five ways in, depending on where your program is: an idea that needs shape, a delivery season that needs hands, or a program that needs honest evaluation.
Turning an idea or organizational goal into a clear program model, participant experience, curriculum, and implementation plan.
Surveys, interviews, focus groups, observation, and feedback loops that show what participants need and how a program can serve them better.
Planning and running high-touch experiences: career days, college fairs, community events, and overnight college tours, down to the logistics.
Assessing participation, engagement, delivery, staffing, and participant experience to name what should be strengthened, redesigned, or simplified.
Timelines, roles, workflows, training, partnerships, and budgets that make strong programming sustainable once I'm no longer in the room.
I have spent years building educational experiences for children, adolescents, families, and educators. That work has included recurring student programming, multi-site initiatives, career-readiness workshops, large community events, college tours, partnership development, staff supervision, budgeting, curriculum design, and program evaluation.
I understand both sides of the work: what participants need to feel engaged and supported, and what organizations need to deliver high-quality programming consistently.
I do more than hand over recommendations. I can help clarify the vision, gather input from the people being served, design the experience, build the implementation plan, coordinate the moving pieces, support delivery, and evaluate what worked.
Ran 30+ surveys and 15+ student interviews to find out why attendance was slipping, then reworked the format, schedule, and content. The redesigned program contributed to 35% participation growth and a 70% increase in engagement.
Led planning and day-of delivery for a signature community event: programming, vendors, volunteers, and student flow, coordinated with school leadership and community partners.
Built and maintained relationships with eight universities and five companies to bring campus visits, mentors, site visits, and career exposure directly to students.
Designed and chaperoned multi-day college experiences, including travel logistics, student preparation, on-campus programming, and structured reflection afterward.
Managed programming across two sites for 150+ students, supervising staff and vendors, tracking compliance, and securing $10K+ in additional grant funding.
Restructured staffing patterns and program operations as part of a team effort that contributed to roughly $95K in annual savings, without cutting student-facing hours.
My commitment to this work is personal. As a first-generation student, I understand how access, exposure, trusted adults, and the right opportunities can expand a young person's sense of possibility. I bring that understanding into every engagement, along with the practical experience required to turn care and intention into something people can actually experience.
I want young people to leave a program feeling seen, capable, and more connected to what comes next. I want the organizations serving them to leave with stronger systems, clearer insight, and programming they can sustain.
More about meWe start with your goals, your community, and the challenges you're seeing, grounded in your real context.
I shape the program, curriculum, or event and turn it into a plan your team can run: roles, timelines, materials, logistics.
I support delivery, then measure what happened, so you leave with practical tools and evidence of what to keep.
